About Us
Owner and pie designer, Pete DeBisschop, grew up in the small town of Cheshire, and is always willing to give back to his community.
He brought his love for eating and making pizza back with him after years of playing basketball. He decided to open Pop's Pizza in 1986.
Our Mission
Pop's Pizza is a small pizza restaurant that believes in providing a quality pie at a fair price. What truly sets Pop's apart is that we also specialize in a wide variety of cuisine including grinders, calzones, chicken parmesan, antipastos, salads, and our famous meatballs.
